Product Features

Lightweight & Flexible: Compared to reinforced concrete filters, it features a lighter structure and uses an asphalt-sand flexible foundation.
Working Principle
During filtration, water enters through the inlet distribution tank and flows via the U-shaped inlet pipe into the siphon riser. Under the umbrella-shaped top cover, a baffle plate evenly distributes water across the filter media layer. The water then percolates downward through the supporting layer and low-resistance water distribution system into the clear water zone at the bottom.
Filtered water rises through the connecting channel into the backwash water tank. Once the water level reaches the overflow weir of the outlet canal, it discharges into the clear water tank. The entire process ensures efficient filtration without the need for valves, leveraging gravity and hydraulic balance for automatic operation.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
