MBBR Fluidized Bed Bio Media (K1/K2/K3) – For Sewage Treatment & Aquarium Filters

Our company's biological media is a high-performance polymeric plastic biofilm carrier, scientifically designed and manufactured through a proprietary process. With a specific gravity of 0.97—slightly less than water—it becomes neutrally buoyant as biofilm develops, allowing it to remain suspended and freely moving within the treatment system.

This filler offers an exceptionally high surface area of over 500 m²/m³, providing ample space for microbial colonization. Although microorganisms grow attached to the media, the carriers fluidize like activated sludge, ensuring optimal contact and efficient treatment. Under suitable conditions, the volumetric load can reach up to 35 kg COD/m³·day.

The unique structural design enhances air retention in water, improving oxygen transfer efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and delivering direct economic benefits.
