Introduction
The high-efficiency fiber bundle filter is a pressurized fiber filtration system featuring an advanced structural design and outstanding performance. It utilizes a novel bundled soft filler—fine fiber—as the filtering element. With a fiber diameter ranging from several microns to tens of microns, this filter media offers a large specific surface area and low filtration resistance, effectively overcoming the accuracy limitations associated with traditional granular filter media. The small fiber diameter significantly increases the specific surface area and surface free energy, enhancing the contact probability and adsorption capacity between impurity particles in the water and the filter material. This results in improved filtration efficiency and dirt interception performance.

Applications
The fiber bundle filter effectively removes suspended solids from water and demonstrates significant efficiency in eliminating bacteria, viruses, macromolecular organic substances, colloids, iron, manganese, and other contaminants. It features high filtration speed, precision, and dirt retention capacity, along with simple operation, reliable performance, and minimal maintenance requirements. This equipment is widely used across various sectors including power generation, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, papermaking, textiles, food and beverage production, municipal water supply, swimming pools, and other industrial and civil water treatment applications. It is suitable for process water, circulating cooling water, and wastewater filtration.
Structure and Working Principle
The fiber bundle filter eliminates the need for a “capsule water filling” system. Its main components include a fixed porous plate, a movable porous plate, fiber bundle filter media, and an air distribution device. The movable plate can shift vertically to adjust the filter bed density. During filtration, hydraulic pressure compacts the fiber bundles along the flow direction, forming a gradient density structure that enables both vertical and horizontal depth filtration. This significantly enhances filtration accuracy and flow rate.
During backwashing, the fiber bundles are loosened, and a combination of air scouring and water rinsing is applied. The rising air bubbles and hydraulic action keep the fibers in constant motion, effectively removing retained impurities and regenerating the filter media.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
