High Effiective Rubber Lining Filter Wastewater Treatment Tank Specific Surface Area Filtration Equipment
Introduction
This filtration system is primarily constructed from carbon steel Q235, offering a cost-effective alternative to stainless steel filters—especially for large-diameter and high-flow pretreatment applications. The interior is corrosion-protected with epoxy resin coating, food-grade natural rubber lining, or plastic (PE) lining, while the exterior is treated with two layers of anti-rust primer and topcoat for enhanced durability.
The rubber-lined carbon steel filter operates as a mechanical filtration unit, which can be filled with various filter media to achieve coarse filtration. Trapped impurities are removed via a backwashing process using pipeline valves. The exterior can be custom-painted to blend with the workshop environment.

1. High filtration accuracy: The removal rate of suspended solids in water is as high as 100%. When the turbidity of the natural water with good coagulation treatment is 20NTU, the turbidity of the filtered water can be controlled below 2NTU.
2. Fast filtering speed: generally 30m/h, which is 3 to 5 times that of traditional filters, and the maximum can reach 50 m/h.
3. Large dirt interception capacity: generally 5-10kg/m3, which is 2 to 4 times that of traditional filters.
4. Strong adjustability: parameters such as filtration accuracy, dirt interception capacity, filtration resistance, etc. can be adjusted as required.
5. Small footprint: the same amount of water is produced, occupying only 1/3 to 1/2 of the traditional filter.
6. Low cost per ton of water: Cost per ton of water is lower than that of traditional filters.
7. Low water consumption for backwashing: only 1 to 3% of the periodic water production. Normally, it can be washed with raw water.
8. Long service life: The equipment does not need to replace the filter element. After the filter element is contaminated, it can be easily cleaned to restore its filtration performance. The life of the filter element is not less than 10 years.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
