Applications
Industrial Water Filtration
Used in systems with specific water quality requirements, such as oxygen lance water in steel mills, boiler feedwater, and heat exchanger supply water. Effectively removes impurities to prevent nozzle and pipeline clogging.
Industrial Circulating Water Filtration
Maintains water quality within recirculating systems to improve efficiency and equipment service life.
Raw Water Treatment
Suitable for treating surface water from rivers, lakes, reservoirs, seawater, wells, and municipal tap water. Effectively removes sand, suspended solids, algae, and organic matter to produce clean water for urban and industrial use.
Agricultural Irrigation
Ideal for high-flow, high-impurity water sources such as farmland irrigation, park landscaping, and golf course maintenance.
Structure & Working Principle
The system utilizes a specialized filtration media designed for high dirt interception and retention. When accumulated impurities begin to affect performance, an integrated automatic backwashing mechanism is activated.
During backwashing, reverse water flow fluidizes the sand bed, dislodging trapped particles and flushing them out of the system. This process effectively removes sediments and suspended matter, prevents media hardening, and restores the filtration capacity—ensuring consistent and efficient operation with minimal manual intervention.

Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
