The dosing device is mainly used for treatment of boiler feed water, circulating water, hydrazine, phosphate, etc. of the power plant, and can also be used in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, water supply system and other industries. The unit combined dosing device is mainly composed of a solution tank, a metering pump, a filter, a safety valve, a check valve, a pressure gauge, a buffer tank, etc. It is installed on a base in an integrated way. Users only need to install the dosing device at a designated location, and connect the water inlet and the drug outlet to the power supply to start the operation.
Working Principle
The user shall put a certain amount of reagent into the mixing solution tank for mixing and dissolution as required. After dissolution, it shall be delivered to the dosing point through the metering pump. The dosage can be adjusted freely to meet the requirements of different dosage sites.
