The equipment integrates the solution tank (mixing device if necessary), metering dosing pump, Y-type filter, safety overflow valve, check valve, flow compensator, control instrument, pressure gauge, level gauge, control valve and pipeline, water collecting overflow device, etc. to form a fully automatic reagent dosing device.
The fully automatic control system in the control box can compare and judge the set flow signal with the actual flow signal, calculate the flow value, and control the flow of the metering pump through the frequency conversion control system or the electric stroke control system.
working principle
The equipment is used to quantitatively deliver powdered or liquid agents to the solution tank, start the mixing device at the same time to stir the solution in the solution tank, and then open the valve at the bottom of the solution tank to make the solution flow automatically to the inlet of the metering pump, and then the metering pump will deliver the solution to the dosing point according to the set demand. The dosage is controlled by the fully automatic control system through the frequency conversion control system or the electric stroke control system. The outlet pipe junction of the metering pump is equipped with check valve, pressure gauge, flow compensator, safety overflow valve and other parts to ensure reliable dosing of the metering pump. The dosing device tracks the change of water quality through high-precision online water quality detection equipment, and controls the dosing pump to automatically and quantitatively add reagents in real time to make the effluent meet the water quality standard required by the process.
