Intelligent dosing equipment uses sensing signals to control the working process of the dosing pump. This control method requires monitoring instruments such as pH meters, conductivity meters and corresponding sensors. First, set the limit value of the control
parameter (pH value or conductivity value) according to the operation of the system. If the following conditions occur during the operation of the system, the dosing device will start to work: if the pH value is lower or higher than the set value. A low pH value indicates that the acidity is too strong and the system has a tendency to corrode; a high pH value indicates that the alkalinity is too strong and the system has a tendency to scale. At this time, the detection instrument will feed back this signal to the control system, and the control system will output instructions to the designated metering pump to turn on the dosing system to adjust the pH value. After the pH value returns to normal, the metering pump will be turned off.
