■ Working Principal

The purification process of the integrated water purification device is the same as that of the urban water supply plant. It has coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filter tank, water quality stabilizing device, backwashing device, water pump and electrical control cabinet. Now they are introduced as follows

1. The raw water into which the coagulant is added to the coagulation tank is stirred by a mixer in the water inlet coagulation tank, so that the suspended solids in the water and the coagulant fully react to form rock flowers. A general water purification device uses a vortex reaction to mix the water and the coagulant, but the effect is unstable due to changes in the amount of water. The water purification device is mixed with a mixer, and the effect is not affected by changes in water volume.

2. The water in the sedimentation chamber is coagulated by adding coagulant to form rock flowers and flows into the sedimentation tank of the equipment for precipitation. The sedimentation tank adopts the inclined tube sedimentation method, and the solid-liquid separation is completed through the trapezoidal inclined plate sedimentation chamber. Mud bucket.

3. The sedimented water flows from the filter tank to the filter tank for filtration. The bottom of the filter structure is a water pipe, the middle part is quartz sand, and the upper part is anthracite.
