Main Features
The characteristics of shallow media filters are as follows:
◇ The filter system adopts a modular design, and multiple filter units are selected according to the size of the flow.
◇ Time, pressure difference and other methods can be used to automatically start backwashing. Each filter unit in the system is backwashed in sequence, and other units are still filtering, and the effluent is constantly flowing.
◇ The backwashing efficiency is high, the time is short, and the backwashing water is saved (the backwashing water consumption is less than 1% of the filtration flow rate, and the backwashing water consumption is about 30% of the traditional sand filter).
◇ It can be arranged indoors or outdoors, easy to install, and does not require large-scale lifting equipment.
◇ The system occupies a small area, and the arrangement of filter units can be flexibly designed according to the plant site.
◇ The system is light in weight and does not require a special foundation, just a general cement floor.
◇ The filter legs can be disassembled, the packaging volume is small, and the transportation is convenient.
◇ The internal elements of the filter are cast in plastic molds, with less filter material and low maintenance costs.

Application
1. Filtration of industrial water---There are certain system requirements for water quality. Such as: oxygen lance water in steel mills, boilers, heat exchanger water supply filtration, etc., can filter out impurities in the water and avoid the blockage of several nozzles in the pipeline.
2. Filtration system for industrial circulating water.
3. Raw water treatment --- can filter surface river water, lake water, sea water, reservoir water, well water and urban tap water as the water source of urban subdivision quality water supply, etc., to remove sand, suspended matter, algae, organic matter, etc. in the water.

Structure and Working Principle
The filter material should be used for dirt interception cleaning. When the filter material retains excessive mechanical impurities and affects its normal operation, the filter is equipped with a backwash mechanism and the filter material is backwashed. Use reverse water inflow to loosen the sand filter layer in the filter, so that the retentate adhering to the surface of the filler can be peeled off and taken away by the backwash water flow, which is beneficial to remove the sediment and suspended matter in the filter layer and prevent the filter material hardening makes it fully recover the dirt interception ability, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
