The spiral sludge dewatering machine is an advanced solid-liquid separation system that utilizes a screw extrusion mechanism to efficiently dewater sludge. Structural Principle
The core of the dehydrator consists of multiple fixed and movable rings threaded onto a central spiral shaft, forming a continuous filtration device. The front section functions as a concentration zone, while the rear section performs high-pressure dewatering. This integrated design enables sludge thickening and dewatering within a single unit, replacing traditional filter cloths and centrifugal systems with a more efficient and low-maintenance filtration method.
