Product Overview
The high-efficiency fiber bundle filter is a pressurized filtration system featuring an advanced structural design and exceptional performance. It employs a innovative bundled soft-fiber material as the filter element, with filament diameters ranging from several microns to tens of microns. This design offers a large specific surface area and low filtration resistance, overcoming the accuracy limitations of traditional granular filter media.
The ultra-fine fibers significantly increase the specific surface area and surface free energy, enhancing contact opportunities and adsorption capacity between impurities and the filter material. This results in superior filtration efficiency and dirt-interception performance.

Structure & Working Principle
The system eliminates the traditional “capsule water filling” design. It comprises a fixed porous plate, movable porous plate, fiber bundle filter material, and air distribution device. The movable plate adjusts vertically to compress the fiber bundles during filtration, forming a gradient-density filtration layer with combined vertical/horizontal deep-bed filtration.
During cleaning, the fiber bundles are loosened, and combined air-water backwashing is applied. Rising bubbles and hydraulic action keep the fibers in constant motion, thoroughly removing retained impurities and regenerating the filter media.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
