Product Overview
The volute-type sludge dewatering machine consists of two main sections: the concentration zone and the dewatering zone. Both sections are formed by fixed rings and moving rings. The moving rings are equipped with an independent automatic cleaning system. During operation, the moving shaft drives the rings to continuously clean the filter gaps, effectively preventing solid clogging and ensuring stable, continuous performance with minimal clean water consumption.
Working Principle
The machine is supported by a four-point walking beam spanning the sedimentation tank. It operates on rails installed along both sides of the tank. As the equipment travels from one end to the other, it simultaneously extracts sludge. Upon reaching the end of the tank, it reverses direction and continues the suction process, completing a full working cycle automatically.
