High quality and efficient screw press sludge dewatering machine for the petroleum and chemical industries
The Longdai sludge dewatering machine belongs to the spiral filter press, which is non clogging and can reduce the sedimentation tank and sludge concentration tank, saving the construction cost of the sewage plant. The Longdai spiral sludge dewatering machine adopts screws and moving rings as non clogging structures for self-cleaning, and is automatically controlled by PLC. This is a new technology that can replace traditional filter presses, such as belt filter presses and frame filter presses. The screw speed is very low, so compared to centrifuges, it has low power and water consumption, making it a cutting-edge sludge dewatering machine.
Working Principles
The treated sludge flows into the filtration zone from the flocculation tank and is pushed forward to the discharge end. As the gap between the threads of the shaft narrows, the pressure on the sludge increases. Then, the water is separated from the sludge and flows out from the gap between the movable and fixed rings. The movement of the moving ring will clean the gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring to prevent machine blockage.
Application
The sludge dewatering spiral filter press can be widely used in various sewage treatment systems, such as municipal, petrochemical, chemical fiber, papermaking, pharmaceutical, leather and other industrial water treatment systems.
It can also be used for dairy manure treatment, palm oil sludge, septic tank sludge, etc. The actual operation shows that the dewatering screw press can bring considerable economic and social benefits to users.
