The screw type sludge dehydrator integrates the fully automatic control cabinet, flocculation conditioning tank, sludge thickening and dewatering body and liquid collecting tank, which can achieve efficient flocculation under the condition of fully automatic operation, and continuously complete the sludge thickening and pressing dehydration, and finally return or discharge the collected filtrate.
Working principle
The stacked screw sludge dehydrator is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the screw extrusion principle to squeeze and dewater sludge through the strong extrusion force generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch, as well as the small gap between the movable ring and the fixed ring. The laminated spiral filter pressing mode has the function of self-cleaning the filter seam.

1, Wide scope of application The stacked screw type sludge dehydrator can not only handle high concentration sludge, but also directly concentrate and dehydrate low concentration sludge. The applicable sludge concentration can reach 5000mg/L-50000mg/L.
2, The non sludge stacking and non clogging stacked screw type sludge dehydrator can directly conduct high-pressure self-cleaning. The moving and stationary rings replace the filter cloth, which has strong oil resistance and is easy to treat oily sludge.
3, The low-speed operation, low-noise and low-energy consumption speed is 2-4 revolutions per minute, the average energy consumption is 1/8 of the belt type machine and 1/20 of the centrifuge, and the unit power consumption is only 0.01-0.1kwh/kg-DS.

5, Independent variable frequency drive The dehydration body of each group of equipment is driven by an independent variable frequency motor, which can be started slowly. Each group can be started or stopped separately.
6, Better structural design, stable operation effect, uniform four corner curved ring design is adopted for the fixed ring to enhance the rigidity of the fixed ring, and the mud scraper at the mud outlet is designed to effectively prevent mud accumulation at the mud outlet and ensure the overall operation effect. The overall design is fully sealed, and the site environment is cleaner. A pneumatic spring observation window is set to observe the internal operation of the machine.
7, Reduce capital investment The screw type sludge dehydrator occupies a small area, and can directly treat the sludge in the aeration tank and the secondary sedimentation tank. It does not need to set up a sludge thickening tank, saving investment in the mixer, air compressor, flushing pump and other supporting equipment.
